BuildRight began with a simple belief: when you lead with purpose, put people first, and honor what you’ve been given, the result will last. Founded by Kevin and Kayleigh Weiss, BuildRight reflects their shared faith, entrepreneurial drive, and desire to create opportunity that serves families and communities for generations to come.

What started with a single company has grown into a holding company that brings structure, stewardship, and support to businesses across construction, real estate development, and beyond – without losing the heart that made them great in the first place.
